1. "What if I’m traveling during part of the program?"

Fat loss can happen anywhere—and you can live this lifestyle anywhere! I work with clients all over the world, so location is never an obstacle. Life will always be busy. If you wait for the “perfect time,” it will never come. The alternative? Staying “on the wagon” at home and falling “off the wagon” the moment you travel. That’s why I dedicate an entire week of WNC to vacations and travel—building the mindset and skills to thrive anywhere. Travel is a part of life, not a barrier to success!

2. Is this macro tracking or calorie counting?

NOPE. With the WNC Meal Template and Food List, you’ll learn how to build fat-loss-friendly meals anywhere—without logging into an app or counting calories, points, carbs, or macros.

While tracking can be a useful tool for short-term troubleshooting, it’s not a lifestyle. WNC focuses on skills you can use daily, for life.

3. "What if I have food allergies?"

Most food allergies can be easily navigated in WNC. There’s no list of “required” foods. WNC emphasizes a high-protein, high-fiber, high-water-content approach, but you choose the foods that work for your body. The Food List is organized by macronutrient, so you can simply pick options you like that don’t contain your allergens.
